Cloud Spirit Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Piano Sheet AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo as provided by the sign-in service.
• Audio Files: Audio files you upload or record for transcription are sent to our servers for processing. These files are stored temporarily for conversion and are automatically deleted after processing is complete.
• User Content: Titles and settings you assign to your conversion jobs.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Usage Data: App interaction data such as features used, screens visited, and conversion history.
• Crash Reports: Diagnostic data via Firebase Crashlytics to help us identify and fix bugs.
• Advertising Identifiers: For users who view advertisements, Google AdMob may collect the Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android).

3. Advertising

For users who do not subscribe to Premium, the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These may include:

• Banner Ads: Small advertisements displayed at the bottom of certain screens.
• Rewarded Ads: Optional video advertisements that you can choose to watch to unlock individual conversions.
• App Open Ads: Advertisements displayed when the App returns from the background.

Premium subscribers do not see any advertisements. AdMob may use your advertising identifier and device information to serve relevant ads. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings.

Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment information. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple or Google in accordance with their privacy policies.

Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, which receives anonymised purchase tokens to verify your subscription status.
