By downloading, installing, or using ProductShot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ProductShot is a mobile application that provides on-device photo enhancement, background removal, and one-tap product photo processing for e-commerce photography. All image processing is performed locally on your device.
The App offers a free tier with limited daily usage (Enhance and Remove Background with ads) and an optional paid subscription ("ProductShot Pro") that includes:
Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.
You agree not to:
The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by CloudSpirit and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all images you process using the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudSpirit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks (Google AdMob). These networks may use device identifiers to serve relevant ads.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
