These Terms govern your use of the App, which is developed and owned by Cloud Spirit Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"), a company incorporated in the United Kingdom.

2. Description of Service & Purpose

Guitar Sheet AI is an AI-powered music transcription and practice tool designed to analyze audio recordings uploaded or recorded by the user and automatically generate guitar tablature (PDF) and MIDI playback files for educational, study, and rehearsal purposes.

3. User Content & Copyright Compliance

You retain ownership of any audio files you upload to the App ("User Content"). However, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or hold valid licenses, permissions, or rights to all uploaded audio content.
• Your use of the App does not infringe on any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or proprietary rights.
• The App is a transcription tool and does not grant you licensing rights to any underlying musical compositions.

4. DMCA & Copyright Infringement Takedown Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any content in the App or processed by our platform infringes your copyright, please send a takedown notice to our designated copyright agent:

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Guitar Sheet AI offers free tier usage with monthly quotas, and optional auto-renewable Premium subscriptions with unlimited conversions, stem separation, and ad-free experience.

• Monthly Subscription: $4.99 / £4.99 per month (or local store equivalent).
• Yearly Subscription: $29.99 / £29.99 per year (or local store equivalent).
• Payment & Processing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Managing & Cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are managed exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App or machine learning models.
• Bypass rate limits, security measures, or authentication systems.
• Use automated scripts or scrapers to access the backend infrastructure.
• Upload files containing malicious code, malware, or viruses.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUD SPIRIT LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY OF GENERATED TABS. IN NO EVENT SHALL CLOUD SPIRIT LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE APP.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England.
