1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Photo Cartoonizer, operated and published by Cloudspirit Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Photo Cartoonizer application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access, install, or use the App.

2 Service Overview & On-Device AI

Photo Cartoonizer provides users with neural artistic transformation tools to restyle portrait photos into creative cartoon and anime art.

• 100% On-Device AI Inference: All AI transformations are computed locally on your smartphone processor, GPU, and Neural Processing Unit (NPU). Photos and prompts remain on your device and are never transmitted to external processing servers.
• Local HTTP API Server: The App allows authorized users to host a lightweight HTTP API on their local Wi-Fi network to automate image processing tasks from desktop computers or scripts.

3 Subscriptions, Payments & Development Support

Photo Cartoonizer offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium VIP") and in-app purchases that unlock ad-free usage, unlimited photo exports, and on-device HTTP server hosting.

Subscription Terms:

• Billing & Charges: Payments are charged to your Google Play Store account or Apple App Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellation & Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Google Play or App Store account settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by the policies of the respective app stores (Google Play or Apple App Store).

4 User Content & Intellectual Property

Your Photos Remain Yours: You retain all copyright, ownership, and intellectual property rights in and to the photographs you select and the resulting cartoonized images generated by the App. We do not claim any ownership rights over your personal media.

App Intellectual Property: The App design, software, native neural architecture bridges, user interface, icons, graphics, and documentation are proprietary property of Cloudspirit Ltd. and protected by international intellectual property laws.

5 Acceptable Use Policy

When using Photo Cartoonizer, you agree that you will NOT:

• Upload or process photographs of individuals without their knowledge or explicit consent.
• Use the App to generate illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App binaries except as permitted by applicable law.
• Expose the local HTTP API server to untrusted public networks without adequate firewall protections.

6 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App and all features are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Due to the probabilistic nature of generative machine learning and differences in device hardware, thermal throttling, or battery profiles, we do not guarantee that AI generation will be instantaneous or error-free on every mobile hardware model.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudspirit Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

7 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted at this webpage with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
